The Kingsholm Conference Centre is an award-winning conference, meetings and events venue that can accommodate up to 350 delegates in theatre style layout, up to 275 guests in round-table dining format and up to 60 delegates in a range of individual meeting rooms. We also offer free on-site parking for 150 cars, nearly 1,000 sqm of exhibition space and an excellent catering and banqueting service.

Conferences, business meetings, training and events

The 1873 Suite provides ideal accommodation for conferences, exhibitions, business meetings, product launches and award ceremonies for up to 350 delegates. An additional sixteen syndicate rooms and suites of varying sizes are ideal for small meetings, training and interviews for between two and sixty participants and we also provide free Wi-Fi, free on-site parking, excellent catering facilities and technical support.

Exhibitions, trade shows and expos

Over 900 sqm of air-conditioned, purpose-built exhibition space overlooks Kingsholm's famous rugby pitch and this excellent facility is supported by a wide range of adaptable display areas and breakout spaces throughout the recently built stadium. A large car park and adjacent ground floor halls can also be used for new car launches or to display heavy equipment and commercial machinery.

Dinners, receptions and corporate hospitality

Kingsholm provides a unique venue for up to 275 guests attending formal dinners, receptions and corporate hospitality events, making use of the 1873 Suite and a range of private meeting rooms of varying sizes. Our catering and banqueting team also provides locally sourced wines, beers, cheeses, fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits that will make your Kingsholm event an even more memorable occasion.

Civil Weddings, prom nights and charity events

Kingsholm is fully licensed for civil marriages and civil partnerships and our events management team includes an experienced Wedding Planner who will help you with all arrangements. We are also an ideal venue for wedding breakfasts, high school proms (take a look at our brochure), private parties, gala events and, especially, charity nights.
